Philip George is a skilled trial lawyer representing individuals and corporations in a vast array of legal matters. In law school, Phil interned for the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office and a New York State Acting Justice of the Supreme Court where he received invaluable experience in various criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony matters including various drug crimes, driving while intoxicated charges, gun crimes, and sex crimes.
After law school, he worked for a national law firm focusing his work on product liability and personal injury matters. Phil assisted international clients on various litigation matters across the United States, Canada, and Mexico an handled international criminal investigations for foreign companies.
After representing clients in various personal injury, “bet the company” commercial lawsuits and criminal investigations, he opened his own private practice and then became a founding partner of Driscoll George LLP. Phil specializes in personal injury and criminal defense matters. When he first began his own private practice, Phil represented numerous individuals and companies in residential sales and purchases, commercial sales and purchases, wills, and probate petitions. He still maintains an active practice in those areas with the assistance of the Driscoll George LLP team.
Phil earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law where he distinguished himself on the executive board of the Dispute Resolution Society and in trial advocacy competions and courses.
